Description of errors during payment creation

If you receive similar responses from us, the payment you created has reached its final status. We will not process it, and you will need to create a new one.

This error indicates that we were unable to create the payment due to technical reasons or because you have reached your limits.

invoice_id is the identifier of the payment in your system.
